Former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich has a new book out and some fascinating ideas on how progressives can craft one silver bullet to fix the United States. The cure? Fix our democracy. Thanks for the heads up on this. He was a disappointment as Labor Secretary, as he helped sell the country out with NAFTA, but he still has valid points on many things.
So all we have to do to cure all the ills of the country is "Fix our democracy".
Wow, I had not realized it would be that simple. And here I thought the solution was something like, "Don't be an idiot."
