It's time to tell our stories about facing on-the-job discrimination because we're gay

The Human Rights Campaign, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force and the American Civil Liberties Union have issued a joint call for stories about workplace discrimination. If you have been harassed, fired, demoted or otherwise abused because of your sexual orientation, visit this site and tell your story.

With Democrats in control of Congress, we have a better chance than ever before to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, but that won't happen until we tell our stories.
"People sharing their painful stories is essential in shattering the myth that discrimination against us is rare or a thing of the past," said Matt Foreman, Executive Director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force. "Putting a human face on this injustice has made all the difference in passing nondiscrimination legislation at the state and local level and will be critical in putting ENDA over the top this year."
