Calling her remarks to ABC's Charles Gibson "first-week jitters," Rep. Nancy Boyda held a teleconference call with reporters yesterday where she apologized for her statements about Iraq.
However, Boyda said she would still vote to fund a troop escalation in Iraq. She also failed to mention that legal experts say Congress has a series of options they can use to stop President George W. Bush.
