As President-Elect Barack Obama is fond of saying over and over again, "there is only one president at a time." Yup, there sure is. But then again, Obama is making it clear that the one president warming up the office right now is definitely on his way out.
Obama's surprise appearance via video before the bi-partisan Governors Global Climate Summit today is just the latest example of this speak-softly-and-warn-big approach.
