Political scientist declares that Kansas Democrats now have "real opportunities"

Take a look at this analysis of the state of Kansas poltics over at Politico. Most national publications use outsiders to review the happenings of the Sunflower State. To put it politely, some of those analyses only prove how little the writer actually knows.

This piece, though, is by the very knowledgeable Burdett Loomis, a University of Kansas political science professor and longtime participant in the state's political scene. I think he is right on the mark.
