The Train Wreck

    Leaving aside the fact that the more the United States gets to be like Cuba, the better Paul Krugman seems to like it, what I want to know is:
    If the bailout was such a bad idea, why did 140 Democrats vote for it? And if it was such a good idea, why did 90 Democrats vote against it?
